Jack leads Cross Street Cleveland with nearly two decades of experience spanning construction management, brokerage, and real estate development, including the ownership and operation of several multifamily and industrial assets. Jack brings clients a real‑world understanding of the entire real estate lifecycle. He has been licensed as a broker since 2012 and brings a practical, informed perspective to every client and project.
A Cleveland native who grew up on the West Side, Jack is deeply invested in the region and believes thoughtful real estate plays a vital role in strengthening communities. Known for his approachable leadership style, he connects with clients and colleagues alike, offering clear guidance rooted in experience and genuine care.
Outside the office, Jack enjoys time with his wife and two children and stays active in the community as a youth sports coach, a passion that grew from coaching his own children.
