Joshua brings more than 16 years of experience in commercial office leasing to Cross Street, serving clients across Chicago’s North and Northwest Suburbs. With a focus on commercial office and retail leasing, luxury apartments, and property management, Joshua helps renters and business owners find spaces that truly support how they live and work.
Known for his steady guidance and deep market knowledge, Joshua specializes in navigating opportunities throughout the northwest suburbs, including Arlington Heights and surrounding communities. He’s a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and is especially passionate about helping clients make confident, well-informed decisions in a competitive market.
Outside of real estate, Joshua is a professional musician and pipe organist who has been playing piano since the age of five. He’s also an avid photographer, Harley rider, and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys mountain biking and snowboarding. When he’s not working or creating music, Joshua loves spending time with family, especially his five nieces and nephew, and his Ragdoll cat, Pippa.
