Meet Judd – Broker at Cross Street Chicago!
Born and raised in Lakeview, Judd is deeply motivated by Chicago’s rich architectural history. As a film school graduate, Judd is deeply focused on the narrative of the home, treating each property like a set piece. Every space tells a story, and the right one should feel like yours the moment you walk in. Where do your eyes wander first? Where do your hands fall?
Judd specializes in residential sales across some of Chicago’s most sought-after neighborhoods like Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Gold Coast, and Bucktown. In particular, he has a strong affinity for, and in-depth knowledge of pre-war and vintage high-rise buildings, unmatched in their quality and detailing. As a broker, Judd seeks to work with clients inspired by his discerning eye and unique taste. Among his highest priorities, he believes the process of buying and selling real estate should be satisfying and fun.
Outside of real estate, Judd is actively engaged with the Emerge Committee at the MCA and the Society for Contemporary Art at the Art Institute of Chicago. In his free time, Judd is a collector-admirer of vintage Porsches, contemporary art, and other objects.
