Oren plays a central role in aligning the leadership team in order to ensure clear structure, accountability and effective processes.
In his role, he focuses on building the infrastructure needed for long-term growth by developing durable processes, strengthening departmental teams, and creating an environment where the broader organization can perform at a high level.
Having held multiple operational roles at Cross Street, Oren often integrates with department leaders in order to help implement accountability frameworks and refine processes. Oren is particularly effective at identifying operational opportunities and helping develop strategies that drive business performance and long-term revenue growth. He maintains the financial and organizational discipline required to support the company’s continued expansion.
Outside of work, Oren enjoys playing golf, spending time with family and taking advantage of the many perks of living near Division Street.
