Meet Susan Hahn – Broker at Cross Street!
Susan Hahn brings more than a decade of real estate experience and a specialized focus on land sales and residential development to her work at Cross Street. Serving Evanston and the North Shore, Susan partners with multi-family developers and residential builders to identify and secure land for custom and spec homes, while also supporting luxury buyers, downsizers, and renters navigating their next move.
Susan spent much of her real estate career in Nashville, Tennessee, giving her a valuable dual-market perspective. She is licensed in both Illinois and Tennessee, allowing her to seamlessly assist clients relocating to or from Nashville. A member of both the Chicago Association of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, Susan combines market insight with a thoughtful, detail-driven approach.
Outside of real estate, Susan is active in breast and blood cancer research organizations and enjoys yoga at the beach, pottery, gardening, and writing fiction and screenplays.
